UBS Software - Support

What is the cost of UBS Support Service Pack?
The price for UBS Service Pack is RM 499.00 for Standalone Package and RM 799.00 for networking Package. Once the UBS Service Pack Contract is signed, 499 points (Standalone Package) or 799 points (Networking Package) will be awarded which in turn will be deducted for services or support rendered by the UBS Technical Consultants. This contract is valid for one (1) year or upon completion of service points.
How are Service Points calculated?
Service points are deducted based on the Service Item points schedule below.

Note :

30 points are deducted for each on-site service visit.
Services provided do not include attending to problems caused by operating system faults (e.g Win95/98/2000/XP), or other issues concerning non UBS software.
Each company must subscribe to its own service pack.
